Year 9 Options
Welcome Year 9 students and parents to your Year 9 options page! Here you will find all the information you need about the process of choosing your options for Years 10 & 11 as well as a wealth of resources to help you make your decision.
Virtual Options Evening: Tuesday 16th March
Due to the current circumstances we are unfortunately unable to invite Year 9 students and their families into the academy for our Options Evening. This year, we will be running our Year 9 Options Evening virtually.
The evening will enable students and their families to hear from each subject lead in order to make an informed choice regarding their options for GCSE’s.
The evening will start at 4:30pm with a live presentation from our Headteacher Mrs Cottingham, Mrs Windle and the Y9 Progress team.
From 4:45pm onwards, you will be able to use the links provided below to drop in and out of presentations with the subject leads you wish to hear from.
Every 15 mins each subject lead will deliver a live presentation and answer any questions you may have. This will give you an opportunity to speak to a different subject lead every 15 mins until 6:30pm.
Please take the time to review the programme below and plan the sessions you would like to drop into. Each session has a different link which can be found below.
