FSM voucher scheme update
Over the weekend there was a significant breakthrough in new enhancements and developments to the systems. The capacity for more schools and parents/carers to be able to access and use the system at any one time has been increased; as a result, queue times are substantially shorter.
This means the valuable support to parents is being delivered at a much faster rate. Over £58m of supermarket eGift cards have been redeemed by families and schools; with more than £10m of this amount redeemed since Monday. We are also working to increase resources in our help desk to be able to answer requests for support more swiftly. Emailing us at freeschoolmeals@edenred.com is still the best route for support and we’ll aim to respond within two working days
