A record breaking Open Evening at Parkwood

Last night saw Year 6 children from over 15 different primary schools join us for our eagerly anticipated Open Evening!

The event kicked off with a full house for Mrs Simcock’s welcome address in the Activity Hall, before our families made their way to department hubs to enjoy an action-packed evening of events. From a circus of mind blowing experiments in the Science Department to a robot revolution in the Technology Hub, the Academy was buzzing with excitement.

The curtain fell on a night which saw a record breaking 20% sign up rate for Year 7 places, with a LIVE performance by X Factor 2017 star Jordan Rabjohn!
