STEM WEEK
STEM Week:
A few weeks back, pupils in Y7 and Y8 took part in STEM week.
The Y7s and Y8s enjoyed a fabulous STEM week, experiencing timed making challenges eg spaghetti and marshmallow towers, careers and skills involving STEM and learning about influential figures from STEM in the past. We saw some amazing homework’s of tornados in bottles, paper helicopters and many more.
Some were working team working skills while other where learning about inspiring stories of people who changed STEM for ever. The tallest, strongest tower built today was 49cm!
