Y10 students take part in a Bauer Academy radio masterclass

Y10 students got the one-off opportunity to work with Bauer Media radio presenter Chloe Yates on a radio commercial masterclass recently as part of the You’re Only Young Once (YOYO) South Yorkshire project.

YOYO is the groundbreaking South Yorkshire schools project that teaches young people about tough, yet important topics whilst using exciting media tools that are used across the industry today.

The theme for this masterclass was ‘Road Safety’ and students were given expert script-writing and recording tips by Chloe before being tasked with writing and producing their own commercials!
