Y6 Transition information 2nd, 3rd , 4th July 2024
With less than a week left to go we are wanting to share some more information regarding our 3 transitions days planned for Tuesday 2nd, Wednesday 3rd and Thursday 4th July.
Main information:
- Pupils will arrive at school from 8.15 ready for an 8.30 start.
- Pupils will enter through the bottom gate which will be open on Longley Avenue West.
- Over the 3 days, pupils will be taking part in various lessons from across the curriculum.
- They will take part in at least one PE lesson across the 3 days, so please wear something appropriate to do sport in.
- Pupils are not expected to wear their primary school uniform on these days, although they are more than welcome to.
- Lunch will be provided for pupils on all 3 days, however they are more than welcome to bring a packed lunch.
- Pupils will finish the school day at 3pm and leave from the bottom gate on Longley Avenue West.
- On Tuesday 2nd July we will be organising a uniform try-on in the canteen for any pupils who aren’t form our main 3 feeder schools.
- We are also hosting Sharon from Autism in Schools, who will be in the canteen to speak to any parents who have a child with SEN.
